Beautiful, clean place with particularly nice views. The room was wonderful, the staff was really kind. Exceptionally comfortable beds, perfect after a long day in Puebla.

The location was amazing, a 10-15 minute walk from a handsome library. I appreciated the room with window for fresher air, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

Magnificent and stunning location in Puebla, next to stores and food places, and excellent Bello Museum. New-fashioned, huge room with a private bathroom and a shower, hairdryers, and towels.

Location: the hotel was right by excellent Bello Museum, and the zocalo. We got a room with a bath.

The hotel had a beautiful interior design and the rooms were spacious and clean. The location was great, being centrally located and close to everything. The staff were helpful and had an excellent attitude.

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms was a major drawback, especially during the hot summer months. The rooms were small and some lacked windows, making them feel stuffy and claustrophobic.

We really enjoyed rooms with window for fresher air. Its location not too far from Bubas Bridge was great and amazing. The food they offered was appetising, had a great selection of meals.

Units with a balcony. The location was great and unbeatable, just 5 min walk from a vibrant public square. Besides, we were close to cafés and bars.

Had marvellous and amazing location at the center, next door to Historic Centre of Puebla. Also - very close to Zócalo. A safe box, cable television, and a writing table in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Particularly nice view to city...

It was all superb.

The room was cheap and modern, had smoke detectors for the safety. The staff was exceptionally nice and supper friendly when needed. Its location just a short stroll away from an ornate baroque church was great. Plus, it was just next door to stores, the center and great attractions and excellent dining venues: D

Everything was simply awesome. Beautiful fairly clean hotel and staff was polite. Exceptionally comfortable bed, the room was cheap and modern. The breakfast was included and had good choice of meals.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sofia for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating and quickly arranged for a room with a terrace overlooking the street. The beds were comfortable and the shower worked perfectly. The hotel's location is superb, just a short walk from Zocalo, and there are excellent local restaurants, a cozy café, and a convenience store nearby. The rooms were modern and impeccably clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. There is even a laundry service and luggage storage available. The breakfast included was simple but tasty, and there were additional affordable options on the café menu. it was a great stay for the price.

Wonderful rooms complete with a nice view, the bedroom plus a King bed, really kind and polite staff. The location is great, a 10-15 minute walk from La Casa Del Mendrugo.

The location of this hotel was perfect, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. We also appreciated the stylish design of the hotel, which added a touch of elegance to our stay. The staff was helpful and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed.

There were a few negative aspects to our experience. The lack of windows in our room made it very stuffy and uncomfortable, and the fan only seemed to blow hot air.
